Scotland
Scotland is a Europian country with a mainland and over 790 islands. England is is its neigbouring country. Scotland’s only land border is with England, and runs for 96 kilometres between the River Tweed on the east coast and the Solway Firth in the west. Glasgow is the biggest city in Scotland followed by Edinburgh which is the capital city of Scotland. As on 2005 the population in Scotland is estimated as more than 5,000,000. Scottish people are opinionated and fiercely loyal. The climate in Scotland is colder than in England. The west of Scotland is usually warmer than the east.
